How you pay: M-Pesa, through Paystack. You get a prompt on your phone and approve it there. The charge appears as “Hanglo”.
Delivery: instant and digital. Unlocked content opens immediately; coins appear in your wallet immediately. Verdicts are published within about 3 days and we tell you on WhatsApp. Consultations happen as a WhatsApp call at the time you booked.
Refunds: story unlocks (KES 30) are final once the story has been opened, and tips are not refundable. Verdicts (KES 300 / 500) are refunded in full if we can't publish your story or haven't done so within 7 days. Consultations are refunded in full if we cancel or can't take the booking. Unused coins can be refunded on request within 7 days of purchase. To ask for a refund, email us with your M-Pesa confirmation code.
